PEF will begin negotiations for a successor contract to the 2019-2023 Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) with New York State in November 2022. The current CBA is in effect through April 1, 2023.
If you have not yet done so, please take 5-7 minutes to complete the PEF Contract Survey. It is a highly effective way for the team to gather feedback from members in order to make sure they advocate for your best interests at the bargaining table. It is a Google Form that takes 5-7 minutes to complete. Some questions are multiple choice, some require you to rank choices by order of importance. The survey will be open until 5 p.m. on October 21, 2022.
